In the event of a customer purchasing oil
from our website but changing their mind for whatever reason before the
order has been delivered, a refund may be processed by calling us directly
Please note a £15 admin charge will be deducted in this case.
Refunds cannot be issued after your oil has been delivered due to the nature of the product to prevent cross contamination.
the unlikely event of a dispute regarding your delivery for
example, damage to property/equipment, shortage of fuel etc. the matter
must be raised with ourselves within two working days and will be
subject to a written complaints procedure.

with all industry regulations including Trading standards and HM Revenue
and Customs standards regarding the sale of controlled oils.
